Join a Committee

The ARC (Architectural Review Committee) will review any exterior alteration application submitted by an Owner and approve, deny or request additional information.

The Compliance Committee is charged with enforcing the community covenants to insure all properties are complying with the community documents.

The Fining Committee has a tough job.  This committee will be responsible for approving or removing any compliance fine that is added to an Owner who is in violation of the covenants.  The committee will hear the case and decide if the fine is valid or if it should be waived.  Committee members cannot be related to a Board member, living with a Board member or be a Board member.

Pet Committee will develop the pet policy for the community and help update the policy as needed

When disaster strikes, it can be overwhelming for many.  Committee members will help with the preparation and recovery efforts before, during and following any disaster to the community.

Committee will assist with shopping insurance when needed, following through on claims, assisting with filing claims, etc.

Committee Members will assist with any capital projects from inception to finish that will include planning, bidding and oversight of the project.

Committee Members will assist in keeping and prioritizing the general maintenance on the property that the Association is responsible 

Planning, prioritizing, overseeing the grounds maintenance and developing action plan for any needed improvements
